REPRESENTATION  Indicate that GamJet Aviation Company is acting as representative for the Carrier  Liaise with local authorities  Inform all interested Parties concerning movements of the Carriers aircraft. ADMINISTRATION  Establish and maintain local/carriers procedures.  Take action on communications addressed to the Carrier.  Maintain the Carriers manuals, circulars, and other relevant operational documents connected with the performance of the services.  Check, Sign & Forward on behalf of the Carrier invoices, supply orders, handling charge notes, work orders etc.  Effect payment, on behalf of the Carrier, including but not limited to:      Airport, customs, police and other charges relating to the services performed.      Out-of-pocket expenses, accommodation, transport etc. SUPERVISION  Supervision and/or Co-ordination of Services Contracted by the Carrier with third Parties.  Ensure that the third parties are informed about operational data and carriers requirements in a timely manner.  Verify availability and preparedness of staff, equipment, Loads, documentation and services of the third parties to perform the services    to the carrier.  Meet aircraft upon arrival, liaise with crew and decide on non-routine matters.  Verify dispatch of operational messages.  Note irregularities and inform the Carrier.
